Dire. Have been registered for over 20 years and consistently misdiagnose, fail to refer, don't update records, always running late, don't pass on information, do not read any previous notes, always a different doctor so no continuity. I have stopped going altogether as it is a waste of time. Two of my children have ended up in hospital after repeat visits and failure to diagnose what were obvious conditions.
Waited over 2 hours for appointment and still wasn't seen, eventually I had to crack on with this thing called life. It's a beautiful surgery and all , plenty to keep you occupied while you twiddle your thumbs, I love waiting around. In fact I may book another appointment just so I can wait another 2 hours. Couldn't organise a bonfire in a lumberyard x
