Dreadful. It's not a petrol station its a mini mart where customers wanting petrol are treated as second class. Hard to get on pumps because people are told (by signs) NOT to move from pumps until petrol paid - yet paying for that petrol is made very very difficult. The tills are the other end of the shop, often only one open, and often queues of half a dozen people with baskets of shopping. And you have to fight through them to get back of queue. Come on Co op fuel station. Then when you get back to your car, the person is front is still in shop doing their weekly groceries and the queue behind you means you can't get out. Come on Co op - sort this out. Put the tills at front of shop, and have one for fuel only and make space for 'off pump' shoppers - or maybe install some pat at pump options. I wont be back.
